If you have your own practice, you’re familiar with having to pay rent over reduced-incomes times like school breaks, public holidays and any other circumstances when you or your clients are away. You can rent a space on a full-day basis with keep enjoying a professional space of your own, yet have no expenses on reduced-income times.

No financial risk

No prepayment

You pay after your booking date and not before.

Once registered with us, you have full access to the PractiSpace booking system. We do not ask for any payment until after your first booking, no matter when this takes place. This means that you can secure a place with us, even if it takes a few weeks to get your first referral. Then you pay us after your booking dates so you can receive payments from your clients first.

No minimum booking

You only pay for the sessions you actually book through the simple online booking system.

We do not ask for a minimum weekly booking, allowing you to grow your practice at your own pace.

No financial investment

We design and maintain the rooms, making sure they’re comfortable and well equipped.

Creating a space is a substantial investment and potential risk. We take that risk away and look after ongoing maintenance, cleaning, bills, coffee and tea and more.

When you rent casually, you can cancel bookings free of charge if we go into level 3 or 4 COVID-19 lockdown again. We're a convenient option in uncertain times.
