Professional background
I’m a registered member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and have over 10 years of experience as a clinical psychologist in Chile, as well as in mental health in both New Zealand and internationally. My career began in Chile, specializing in trauma, abuse, and neglect, where I worked with children, adolescents, and families. After moving to New Zealand as a migrant, I developed expertise in supporting individuals through migrant stress and grief. I also have experience in perinatal mental health, helping individuals navigate the unique challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide a safe, bilingual space where you can explore your challenges and work towards your personal goals. With a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach, I am dedicated to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
